You can return products purchased from Insurecast within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, the product should not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and tear.

2. How to Return Products

To return a product, follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return. You may also be required to submit photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned items arrive safely.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable:

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for products. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
